SPECIFICATIONS:
Mills Welding Reducers are manufactured to ASTM/ASME Specifications A/SA 234 Grade WPB unless otherwise specified. Dimensional Standards conform to ANSI Specifications B16.9.

Mills Welding Caps will be furnished to ASTM/ASME Specifications A/SA 234, Grade WPB.

Mills Swage Nipples and Bull Plugs are manufactured in accordance with ASTM/ASME Specifications A/SA 234, MSS-SP-95 and ANSI Specifications B16.9.

IDENTIFICATION: Mills fittings, bar stock or pipe, are Steel Stamped for permanent identification to conform to the requirements of M.S.S. SP-25 in accordance with A.S.T.M./A.S.M.E. A/SA 234 WPB, latest revision.

SPECIAL MARKING: Price on Application.

BURSTING STRENGTH: The actual Bursting Strength of Mills Welding Reducers, Swage Nipples, and Bull Plugs have been tested in accordance with A.N.S.I. B16.9 in all cases, the prototypes met or exceeded the "calculated Bursting Strength of the straight pipe of the designed wall thickness and material." THREADS: Threads conform to the A.N.S.I. Standard B 1.20.1 and A.P.I. Standard 5B.

COATING: Thread both ends Swage Nipples or Threaded non-solid Bull Plugs are Zinc Electro-Galvanized, Non Toxic when heated. Fittings with beveled or plain ends are painted black. Solid Bull Plugs are uncoated.

MILL TEST REPORTS: No charge for Mill Test Reports.

CERTIFICATION: Blanket Material Certifications will be furnished at no charge when requested.

RETURN GOODS: Return authorization must be issued in writing. All returned items will be subject to a restocking charge plus cost of freight inbound and outbound.

SHORTAGES: Claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours after receipt of material.
